1. Acceptance of Terms

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player," "User," or "you") and phdream2 ("phdream2," "we," "us," or "our") governing your access to and use of the phdream2 website located at phdream2.net, including all games, services, features, and content offered therein (collectively, the "Platform").

By registering, you represent and warrant that you are 21 years of age or older.

2.2 Geographic Restrictions

It is your sole responsibility to ensure that your use of phdream2 complies with all applicable laws in your jurisdiction. phdream2 makes no representation that the Platform is appropriate or available for use in locations outside the Philippines.

2.3 Account Registration

To access real-money gaming features, you must register a phdream2 account by providing accurate, current, and complete information. You agree to:

• Maintain and promptly update your account information to keep it accurate and current.
• Register only one (1) account per person. Multiple accounts are strictly prohibited and may result in immediate suspension and forfeiture of funds.

2.4 Identity Verification (KYC)

phdream2 may require you to complete identity verification (Know Your Customer / KYC) procedures at any time, including before processing withdrawals. You may be required to submit a valid government-issued ID (e.g., Philippine passport, SSS ID, PhilSys ID, driver's license), proof of address, and/or proof of payment method. Failure to complete KYC verification may result in suspension of withdrawal privileges or account termination.

3. Account Security and Responsibilities

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your phdream2 account credentials, including your username and password. You agree to:

• Keep your login credentials strictly confidential and not share them with any third party.
• Notify phdream2 immediately at [email protected] if you suspect unauthorized access to your account.
• Accept full responsibility for all activities conducted through your account, whether authorized by you or not, until you notify phdream2 of any unauthorized access.

phdream2 will never ask for your password via email, chat, or any other communication channel. Any communication purporting to be from phdream2 requesting your password should be treated as fraudulent and reported immediately.

4. Deposits, Withdrawals, and Payments

4.1 Deposits

phdream2 accepts deposits via GCash, PayMaya, BPI, BDO, Metrobank, and other approved payment methods. The minimum deposit amount is ₱100 unless otherwise specified. All deposits must be made from payment accounts registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are strictly prohibited.

4.2 Withdrawals

Withdrawal requests are subject to identity verification and compliance with these Terms. phdream2 processes withdrawals to the same payment method used for the original deposit where possible. Processing times vary by payment method. phdream2 reserves the right to request additional documentation before processing any withdrawal.

4.3 Currency

All transactions on phdream2 are conducted in Philippine Peso (PHP / ₱) unless otherwise stated. phdream2 is not responsible for any currency conversion fees charged by your bank or payment provider.

4.4 Fraud Prevention

phdream2 employs fraud detection systems to protect the integrity of the Platform. Any account found to be engaged in fraudulent activity, including but not limited to chargebacks, use of stolen payment methods, or money laundering, will be immediately suspended and reported to the appropriate authorities.

5. Bonuses and Promotions

phdream2 offers various bonuses and promotional offers to eligible players. All bonuses are subject to specific terms and wagering requirements, which will be communicated at the time the bonus is offered. General bonus terms include:

• Bonuses are available to eligible registered players only and cannot be transferred or exchanged for cash unless wagering requirements have been met.
• phdream2 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel any bonus or promotion at any time without prior notice.
• Abuse of bonus offers, including but not limited to creating multiple accounts to claim bonuses, will result in forfeiture of the bonus and any associated winnings, and may result in account suspension.
• Wagering requirements must be fulfilled within the specified time period. Failure to do so will result in the forfeiture of the bonus and any bonus winnings.

6. Game Rules and Fair Play

All games available on phdream2 use certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology to ensure fair and random outcomes. phdream2 is committed to providing a fair gaming environment for all players. By using the Platform, you agree to:

• Play games solely for personal entertainment and not use any software, tools, or strategies designed to gain an unfair advantage.
• Not use automated software, bots, scripts, or any other artificial means to interact with phdream2 games.
• Accept that the outcome of all games is determined by certified RNG systems and that phdream2 does not manipulate game outcomes.
• Acknowledge that all game results are final once confirmed by the system, subject to technical error review.

In the event of a technical malfunction or error, phdream2 reserves the right to void affected game rounds and refund wagers at its sole discretion.

7. Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on phdream2 and may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of funds, and legal action:

• Colluding with other players to gain an unfair advantage in any game.

8. Intellectual Property

All content on the phdream2 Platform, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, game software, audio, video, and user interface design, is the exclusive property of phdream2 or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use the Platform for personal, non-commercial purposes only. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works of, or commercially exploit any content from phdream2 without prior written consent.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, phdream2 and its officers, directors, employees, and agents shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of the Platform, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, or loss of goodwill.

phdream2's total liability to you for any claim arising out of or relating to these Terms or your use of the Platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim. Some jurisdictions do not allow the exclusion of certain warranties or limitation of liability, so some of the above limitations may not apply to you.

10. Privacy and Data Protection
